Prices

All prices, fees, and costs are agreed upon as listed in the individual apartment price lists on the website at the time of booking. Apartment prices depend on the number of guests and are per apartment per night. The price includes the rental of the apartment, one parking space, and utilities such as hot water, electricity, and waste disposal. Bed linens and towels are provided. Final cleaning is charged at €50. Weekly cleaning is available upon request. The apartment is fully furnished and includes the amenities described on the apartment page.

Booking data

For booking, each guest must provide the following information: name, email address, and the number of guests who will be using the apartment. The apartment may only be used by the number of guests specified in the booking. Visitors must be registered with the landlord. Due to Croatian federal registration law, we are obligated to collect the data of all guests. This data is partially processed statistically and transmitted in anonymized form to the municipality of Okrug Gornji or the National Statistical Office via e-visitor.hr if legally required. In the event of a violation and the accommodation of additional, unregistered guests, the landlord may request all guests to vacate the premises immediately without being liable for damages. Booking Confirmation and Deposit: After completing the booking, the guest will receive a booking confirmation with all booking details. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required. The deposit must be paid by bank transfer within 14 days; the remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival or as agreed upon on-site.

cancellation

In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees: You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival. If the cancellation occurs after this time, or if you fail to arrive, the deposit will be retained.

Check In – Check Out 

Arrival: On the day of arrival, the apartment is available to the guest from 3 pm.

Departure: On the day of departure, the guest must vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. (An additional night will be charged for departures after 10 a.m.)

The guest is required to present their valid travel documents (identity card or passport) to the landlord upon arrival. Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. Guests are asked to behave responsibly and considerately at all times. The guest is responsible for leaving the apartment in the same condition as upon arrival. Any damage must be reported to the landlord immediately. The landlord reserves the right to claim compensation from the guest for any loss or damage to the apartment and its contents. The guest agrees to respect the stay of other guests in the apartment building at all times. Inconsiderate behavior that disturbs other guests and neighbors will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate eviction from the apartment/room. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments. Smoking is only permitted on balconies and terraces. Internet access is free, provided it does not violate any legal regulations. Criminal offenses (especially illegal downloads and website visits) will be reported and prosecuted. The guest is solely liable for any illegal use of the internet.
